Windows update stuck at 32% - Microsoft Community

have been trying update windows 10 , every time try freezes @ 32%, have tried disabling security , still no fix ideas?

answers post should include minimum information.

1.  device type. ie pc, laptop, tablet, surface.

2.  os type, home, pro, executive, etc

3.  current build.  go settings, system. about. os build xxxxxx.xxx

4.  happening on computer,  boot, screen, app, etc

5.  error getting if any?
