"indexing not running" , inability start thewindows search service persisted despite of these suggestions above , more. can here please?

thank prompt answer. following instruction managed "start" option available, unfortnately other message.

i might skipping of instructions went , forth taking ownership of "data" file , setting permissions allow myelf full permissions.
