i paid company named tecmicro consulting $159.00 remotely fix computer. i don't know if have stolen info or not. they said under contract microsoft remotely fix computers.

the microsoft assure plan $149 .... not starting well, representations made (i.e. "under contract microsoft").

"my computer froze , #popped me call" -> unfortunately, have been scammed 'browser hijack' letting untrusted remotely computer. it 1 of worse types of compromises, , exposes host of continuing risks.
after allowing untrusted individual(s) direct/remote access computer 'browser hijack' scam, heading toward doing a win10 reset(remove everything) or win10 clean install (what kind of device have - make & model?); change passwords safe device (or 1 after clean install), talk fraud dept of financial institution report them , recover money spent (tell them scammed browser hijack tech support scam), , watch credit cards closely.
the tech support scans/cons come in many forms, once have granted untrusted person direct access device i.e. remote control, options trusting device diminish greatly. a clean install may best , quickest way return device being safe, secure, , stable.
scammers (you have granted suspicious remote access) have been found use combination of legitimate tools , hacker tools (rats) to maintain a direct connection device and/or con ... scans not remove or find compromises; to safety, security, , stability of computer.
for protection of important have backup of data - (although may not able trust backup, after granting suspicious remote access or being hacked or having multiple malicious things going on) (see info on filehistory(if win8/10)):
