'Not responding' when trying to reply or create a new email - Microsoft Community

i having problem either replying email, or creating new email live mail 2012 on windows 10.  had worked until today.  not outlook.com email, email provider.  when try create new message, live mail locks up, , can't it, it's "not responding"  no error message.  have kill process , try again.  once restart, can read new mail, delete mail, etc. not create mail in way.
