Can't resfresh, restore or reboot new computer. need help - Microsoft Community

i purchased new acer aspirer11 , within days realized  something wrong.tried running defender,mcafee  and both failed find anything, @ point started noticing strange  files tried downloading  an anti malware  but failed run tried refresh=didn't work, tried restore=said not enough memory .so entered bios don't want reboot because i'm unsure if info on there corrupted.also have no  recovery drive pleas help

suggest follow all of the steps recommended in problems starting windows defender in windows 8/8.1/10
