uninstall windows 10 and go back to windows 7 - Microsoft Community

have dell latitude e6400 4gb ram; after trying windows 10 upgrade year , want revert windows 7 because programs loadup etc. think ram not enough , laptop old windows 10.  can not  rid of windows 10. tried boot windows 7 installation disk. can't seem find line in bios enable reformatting hard drive. need in reformatting hard drive can clean install windows 7. help.
