used glary utilities find files largest on desktop, , found 88.23 gigabyte file entitled mfeicfcoredebug.log. file path it's in this: computer - local disk (c:) - programdata - internet content filter - app-support, if matters. want know .log file is, , if it's important, , why on earth it's 88 gigabytes.

in case, "mfeicfcore" related mcafee's internet content filter, understand part of mcafee's parental controls software.
