Waiting 5 months for a refund check from Microsoft Band 2........still - Microsoft Community

i wondering if else had got refund check microsoft microsoft band 2?  i sent mine in march of year (2017) , it's 24th july, , still don't have it...... 5 months €`179 (approx) check....  does else think that's ridiculous.  i close being disgusted this.  i'm saving surface 4, if level of service can expect when breaks, think i'll looking alternative.

does else have similar story, or can suggest suitable alternative surface?

a refund takes several days processed. if it's taking longer expected, suggest follow purchased it.

if purchased device retail store, contact them , inform them refund request.

if purchased device microsoft store, contact our customer service.
