Nothing happens when trying to install Chrome

split thread.

in case, different thing happening.

i press download on google's site chrome download.

then press accept , install.

then gets downloaded.

then go downloads , open file.

then press run.

but nothing happens.

please help. have work , need chrome.

post split original thread since similar not quite same.

use of offline installer:

Windows / Windows 10 / Install, upgrade, & activate / PC
