based on screenshots have provided, it's user account control pop-up. user account control user protection set on windows 10 protect computer running malicious software may cause infections. however, can bit annoying if feature affects computer activities.

assist better, kindly provide more details answering following questions:

• when did start encountering issue?
  
• have made changes on computer prior issue?
  
• what doing prior getting error message?

meanwhile, resolve concern, suggest boot computer in safe mode. safe mode starts windows in limited state, bare essentials started. check if encounter same issue while in safe mode. instructions, may refer article. can choose whether boot computer settings or sign-in screen.

can disable user account control, however, disabling feature not advisable. this, follow steps below:

1. on start menu, type control panel, , hit enter.
   
2. select system , security.
   
3. click system , maintenance.
   
4. on left pane, select change user account control settings.
   
5. under choose when notified changes computer, set level of protection never notify.
