Windows 10 System Restore Failed AppxStaging - Microsoft Community

i have tried solutions supposedly worked others , still can't successful system restore point work.  haven't used restore point restore couple months can't when started happening.

after deleting windowsapps folder (using safe mode , bunch of command line stuff) restarted computer , re-tried restore using older restore point.  still failed.  notice windowsapps folder re-created during restart (and still has access control entry corrupt admin account).  not technical person, trying see out here. 

i did a' scan now' found nothing.

another post said uninstall kb3213986 (referenced creator version?) doesn't exist on windows 10, ie 11 system.

i noticed problem same day started having script errors and "access control entry corrupt" on user account windowsapps.

i reset ie 11 advanced settings , restarted.  didn't script problem.

updates installed automatically.  i'm assuming isn't related global hack happened although coincidentally was first noticed saturday.

i fix restore point problem first, i'll work on others unless can 3 issues in same post.

...that should fix restore operation, don't think has creating of restore point.
