my password contains 18 characters.  not able sign in windows live mail because verify screen accepts 10 characters.  there way can around without changing password again?

hi,

when user types in password box, default behavior show bullets hide text being entered. there times bullets 10 characters if enter more 10 characters. isolate issue, kindly answer questions below:

  • have tried use copying password on notepad , pasting in password box of windows live mail , see if able login?
  • can send screenshot of password box shows 10 characters check if there password viewer beside it?
