Windows 10 will not update. "We could not complete the updates. - Microsoft Community

i've been trying update windows 10 week , every time try, gets 99% completion , shows message, "we not complete updates. undoing changes." tried using shift + f10, did nothing. found out reason, "windows update" defaults disabled in services. start "windows update", set automatic in services , in registry, , removed triggers (even triggers still didn't work). once i  restart or turn on computer windows update set disabled. believe might problem because computer needs turn off before updates. how can set windows update doesn't disabled?

reinstallation of windows 10 did fix problem. did delete hard drive did save important internet.
