Windows Store stopped working - Microsoft Community

firstly, not on level of computer i.t. tech (hence reason i'm desperately reaching out here help)! have 'wikihowed, , googled brain down size of grain of rice in attempts solve myself, no avail. okay, have 2 issues, assume issues may both corrected doing what's necessary. #1) pc hp envy 750 -414 running windows 10 64bit 32x. windows store has stopped working? bought desktop on 11/17/2016 (fyi). ???? ideas???? & #2) karaoke singer , have installed bluestacks emulator can use app "sing! smule" , has never worked. needless pretty depressing considering spent $1114.72 , cannot use 2 of coolest components of computer. possibly have me running , older version of microsoft office, , not running office 365???? thanks, , god bless!

to address issues mentioned, these can solved running command using powershell. please follow steps below:

1. type powershell in search box. right click on windows powershell , choose run administrator.
2. type in command below , press enter.
   
   executionpolicy unrestricted -command "& {$manifest = (get-appxpackage microsoft.windowsstore).installlocation + '\appxmanifest.xml' ; add-appxpackage -disabledevelopmentmode -register $manifest}"
   
   
3. once done, close window , check.
