System Reformat Failed - Microsoft Community
my computer overrun processes , unusable , ran default windows 10 program wipe hard drive. in first ten minutes, encountered error , black screen. stayed on black screen few hours until turned off computer when turned on, said windows missing core boot files or something, , error code "0x000000f" think. there way save pc? first thoughts replace hard drive new 1 containing windows don't know if that's how works. second thought pirate windows onto usb , boot that, go there. either of these work or there better way?

follow these steps clean install windows 10.
you must boot provided media (as uefi device if offered) don't error messages trying boot hard drive appears.
as long media created using media creation tool,
is booted by powering pc while pressing bios boot menu key, choose uefi version of media if offered, should boot. if not reboot bios setup or uefi firmware turn off fast boot , secure boot try again.
during booted install delete partitions down unallocated space cleanest following illustrated steps in link.
