wanting install new os went boot screen change cd-rom first,  when leaves screen says hit key boot on cd-rom, old os boots up, cd-rom starts, says copies old files screen comes 2 options: recommended check latest updates before install or don't ck before installing , install fail.  i tried advanced bios changing cd-rom first boot , still have same results.  so after waiting 5hrs thinking it's gotta doing something, went it, , has network connection error. ran wizard find out. checked physical connections. xed out of everything.went search cnn website , others load fine! stuck, please help!
