Can't share with Xbox One on homegroup

i'm having having issues sharing homegroup xbox1. have laptop (win8) , pc (win7). don't know if matters 1 creates group.

my xbox1 detects homegroup if it's created pc, not if it's created laptop. laptop , pc detect each other though , can share files freely.

i checked, , yes, xbox1 in connected devices.

even when 3 devices connected homegroup created pc, can stream pc, not laptop.

so seems issue laptop
