i have surface pro 4 windows 10 version 1511 os build 10586.753 64-bit... i have noticed surface had problems in past when bigger updates available. hoping microsoft need time fix reported bugs decided give time. it happened twice. after while no problems shown , windows updater reported "your device date." thought solved. today still shows device date still have version 1511. i haven't realize until bought surface dial, doesn't work older version of windows. i tried download latest iso file , install it. says "the update not applicable computer". having surface pro 4, not understand why no applicable!? i tried using windows update troubleshooter. fixed missing or corrupted things don't recall seems ok. i keep having old version. i live in europe (croatia), reason such long delay update? can please me out? posts find older , regard lenovo or other computers. considering device, not sur...
