Activate Windows error code 0x8007042c - Microsoft Community

unable activate  windows or office 365 despite entering product key windows. unable firewall work or basic functions despite trying all  \the remedies posted on site. following error codes have come up: 0xc8007042c , 0xc0000022.

• can confirm if tried steps provided in support article?
• did error codes appear after trying firewall work?
• have made changes computer recently? installed software or updates?

in meantime, suggest uninstall norton internet security if have installed computer.
