having clean install of windows 8 pro. don't have anti-virus installed , don't use proxy server lan. while using windows 10 mct, error code: 0x80200013 - 0x90017. don't know what's going on. me please!!!

its possible copy of media creation tool corrupt. download fresh copy, try running setup again.
