apologies, unsure exact fault have described. can confirm warranty on tablet expired though purchase out of warranty period can still offer , repairs @ cost initial consultation fee £22.00 quote inclusive of minor repair/software reloads , postage costs further costs discussed before proceeding repair please advise how wish proceed regards lillian

                thank reply. try explain enquiry little clearer. when manufacturer sells item have website contains support page. page allows customer download instructions , documentation purchased item without need waste suppliers valuable time customers asking information on item. in addition there download area customer obtain drivers , other software came item these specific purchased device , manufacturer. have checked website , unable access these items on support page. aware warranty has expired , item not faulty. due lack of space on 16gb ssd had reload operating system scratch obtain windows 10 anniversary update operating system not fit. reloaded windows 10 cannot automatically find correct drivers hardware supplied fusion5 , can find no instructions/documentation/drivers on website. please send me email, website link or let me know supplier of individual items of hardware fusion5 can download drivers or them restore full functionality.

 this cannot done on device load software.

we not recommend relaod tablet software windows may make tablet unstable.

as stated in earlier email can loaded @ our repair centre expert.

 windows tablets different pc's, not windows software available online compatible. software laptops , pc's, windows 10 anniversary update online not compatible , downloading have wiped off full firmware , possibly windows activation key pre-loaded on board.

we need check tablet identify has gone wrong.

                i worked out after finding no support information on website , first email reply. no problem. work out myself. create thread of these emails , post inform other customers backup drivers before loading complete windows 10 os update on fusion5 don't encounter same problem i. thank valuable time.

the manufacturer offers no online support...

bottom line: (don't) pay for.

...the fusion5 not worth sending back because little cost can buy higher spec device supported known manufacturer...       

well, tempted chose instead let come conclusion on own. <wink>
