Boot/Restore - Microsoft Community

okay, installed new cpu fan , case fans , applied new thermal paste (giving these because after got result): plug , turn on computer , boots , shows bios , it's made etc , has little windows spinning dot circle , goes black screen , stuck there. i've checked boot options , correct. i've trying restoring , resetting says have failed or can't. i've truer going the command prompt resolve issue these commands article https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.groovypost.com/howto/fix-windows-10-wont-boot-startup-repair-bootrec/amp/

it did not work. sum can't restore or repair or reset unknown reason , have checked wiring. if more details aren't needed please let me know.

since need create windows 10 installation media have stable platform repairs, see if media boot - uefi device if offered - sign it's reparable , if not can clean install windows 10  best install can have of windows anyway.
