tried multiple times latest major update install. seems download ok (gets 100%), spends ages configuring update (gets 100%), shuts down and more configuring in process (gets 100%) , then, once restarts, gets sort of low-res windows setup screen , instantly reboots again , gets windows 10 error updates failed install.
looking @ event viewer, see following in setup log
windows update could not installed because of error 2147942402 "the system cannot find file specified." (command line: ""c:\windows\system32\wusa.exe" windows8-rt-kb2937636-x86 /quiet")
have tried various command line tools check system errors (dism, sfc) , come no errors. ran genuine microsoft script clean , remove old update files , settings. no avail. pc is 3 month old i7 lots of storage space / ram clean windows 10 install when got no old windows 8 files on there in theory.
ideas? not in mood clean reinstall.
thanks
scott
